Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. There is a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. After 15 minutes, a $10 late fee will be charged. If you are over 20 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited. NO CALL, NO SHOW Your deposit will be forfeited, and you will be charged for the base amount of the scheduled services. You can only book future appointments once the amount from the previous no-call / no-show is paid. ——— PRICE & BOOKING Prices listed on the website are base rates. Additional charges apply for anything beyond a solid color, and pricing may vary with different designs. I do not work over previous nail work. If you are a first-time client, please arrive with no existing nails or book a soak-off along with your desired services. It is crucial to select all services you require for accurate timing. Services not booked in advance (such as designs, rhinestones, etc.) will not be provided. For specific inspirations, please text the image and your name to 816-888-1475. If the image features rhinestones or decals that I don't currently have, I may need additional time to obtain them. If you need to adjust your service, you may do so via the website up to 24 hours before your appointment. If you would like to schedule an appointment outside of regular business hours or for a travel appointment, please text or call 816-888-1475 to schedule.
